Resting type to right-to-left paragraph direction?

on new layer, when new type object created, automatically gets set right-to-left paragraph direction extremely annoying. 1 has reset on new type objects.

 

in additionn why ight-to-left paragraph type objects have special characters placed out of order , left?

you're not making sense. if paragraphs use rtl typing, must have enabled once , made default text style/ appearance. explains "special characters"  - sort of rtl glyph substitution going on, naturalyl standard western fonts not having characters.
