Joomla 3.3 TinyMCE Extended buttons missing - with pictures - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all,

i new joomla, installed version 3.3.3 , finished lynda essentials training.

there 1 issue tinymce editor have not been able resolve. since fresh installation, have switched editor "extended" view there appears many items missing still.

any ideas why isn't showing?
