Can't Install PE 11 on iMac OS 10.2

-

installation won't go past 0% before getting installation error message.  have searched solution problem, can't find solves problem. hours of time wasted!

i have never had issues in past installing adobe software, 1 driving me nuts.  have removed files adobe including apps, preferences, etc., isn't helping.

i have tried using admin account, , root account. checked fonts. nothing helps.

please advise have missed.  thanks

do mean 10.2? jaguar, 2002?

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
