How do I keep product attributes from floating over product description on ecommerce site?

when mistyacresalpaca.com went live, site working perfectly.  on past week, i've seen changes site's menus , footers , products pages not initiated myself.  appears software, js or jquery issue.

 

to clarify, catalogs have been rearranged on menu, product attributes float on product descriptions , foot information has been rearranged. 

 

customers try order products using ie browser unable so.  using chrome or firefox, customers able order products attributes (size, color) still floating on product. of sites customers use ie browser.

 

please advise on how can resolved , website stablized.

think may have missing end </div> <div id="nav">, appears encapsulating entire page including footer.

 

as result styling menu #nav ul li being adopted further down on product details.
