Article Manager - Toggle Editor is missing - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

we set new super admin our website , when logging in , going create new article add website, none of formatting/editing buttons (bold, underline, etc.) appear. i've tried logging in through google chrome, firefox, , internet explorer , same thing occurring in 3 web browsers.

why occurring , how fix it? other super admin operates fine.

thanks in advance help!

do have no editor default in global configuration? if so, must assign editor new user.

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
