template manager's customise feature will not open folders - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,
i'm trying edit template in back-end of joomla 3.3.1 having trouble viewing, not mention editing, css or other files. folders listed upon clicking on them nothing happens ???

thanks suggestions!

these apply if you're doing significant work template post-install (rather doing workflow of edit, change-default-template, delete-template-from-site, add-template-to-site, change-default-template):

could perhaps file permissions?

or files perhaps not mentioned in xml?

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
