my entire site secure yet went log in test account , found this.

why log in throwing insecure addy. can fix this. rather strange have in site secure log in.

i don't understand question. assume https://contactet.com/ domain , have decided install joomla in folder, right?

the general public don't have login site view content have made general public. there nothing insecure this. can explain made thing login site insecure?
