RTL Direction problem - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi, have problem website added 2 languages , english , arabic, , when press on arabic flag doesnt redirect right left , changes language doesnt change direction of logo , menu , module , text.

i using falang version 1.3.1 , template sj_travel 2 , can me or giving tip ??

your template being commercial template, can't test it.
many commercial templates not propose rtl css.

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
