Thread: Shutdown on Critical Temperature of 96 C

hello,
have ubunutu 10.10 on sony vaio f series intel i7. within last week computer has begun shutting down after cpu reaches high temperatures around 95c. happening more , more in coming days. i'm not putting labtop under duress last week either -- same workload.

i'm wondering how can begin troubleshooting problem is. ideas? should take apart computer , have @ heat synch?

or there program can run can give diagnostic problem lies?

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
