i converted file pdf word docx when opened saved it, part of garbbled. why that

probably best acrobat in converting word. seeing fonts not on system , garble result. equations typical result garbled information in conversion. since converted docx, assume using aaxi (i not think earlier version, other maybe aax, provide docx file). in sense, info on aa version helpful. in case, not expect perfection.
