optimizing scaled swf


in air app i'm using loading swfloader load 600x800 swf game. in flex detect screen size , scale swf full screen. swfs simple games stutter @ full screen. i've used latest flash player, cached bitmap, gpu render , other recommended optimizations @ 15fps still not smooth. there else can (short of moving starling)? im assuming graphics being rescaled every frame , cpu/gpu intensive. rescaling game graphics individually (there several games) big job there way tell swf prescale graphics @ beginning of game or there major optimization can do?

do have other content outside of game?  how scaling?  via stagescalemode?
