contacts not receiving emails - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi
we having problems email not being received when clicks on contact , fills out contact form. no errors come , message appears: thank email.

this happens contacts, not all. of contacts site users, not.

any suggestions appreciated.

have completed email address on contact form? basic requirement forms work.

also, please note hosts may not send emails via form third party email account. has domain email address. bluehost , hostgator not allow third-party email accounts such gmail, yahoo, outlook.com etc etc.

if want use these need create redirection on domain email accounts.
