3D feature, when importing 3d model, unwelds polys at UV borders
hello,
when import obj or dae file maya photoshop cs 6 program unwelds model's edges along uv boundaries causes mess if import geometry other 3d program making photoshop unable paint on seams accurately supposed 1 of key advantages using photoshop extended in first place. can please explain me how can stop photoshop doing this?

here's simple sphere used test.
it should noted photoshop neglects put paint padding border around each uv island in texture. lack of padding can result in seams becoming apparent when textured model rendered, when model's mesh seamless.
