Trying to update from Photoshop CS5 12.0 to 12.0.4 (only update available on Adobe site) fails

i try manually update photoshop cs5 12.0 on mac 12.0.4 update fails. 12.0.4 update available on adobe site can find cs5. appreciated. adobe application manger inside illustrator says products date. "updates" in photoshop under menu greyed out. can't print photoshop right because crashes. i'm assuming update in order. please help!

do receive specific error messages when trying apply update?  can review install logs update following steps listed @ troubleshoot install logs | cs5, cs5.5, cs6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

 

for printing issue unrelated inability apply update.  recommend posting inquiry regarding printing photoshop general discussion forum - http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop/general.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
